The paper slitting machine is applied to rotary or flatbed die cutting machines to work inline. The main function of this machine is to press off paper connecting point and slitting the paper stack after die cutting into single sheet. The connecting point is being completed by upper and lower paper pressing device. The upper one makes inclined movement, the lower one makes fix and press and separate the paper stack by finishing press off the connecting point. The alignment of the connecting point and upper, lower pressing device is being done automatically by the machine; pressing-off is completed by pneumatically increasing pressure. The whole conveying process of the paper stack is being finished by automatic conveying belt (or rolling rail. It depends on the configuration). Since this machine is compacted, so it can be placed beside of the rotary die cutting machine. The typical flatbed die cutting machine inline operation needs slitting device of both vertical and horizontal direction. Therefore, usually it adopts two paper stack slitting machines stand in straight line or 90 degree.

1600 Plastic steel rotating platform Rotating platform is a driving type conveying device that consists of plastic steel chain and rotating platform among those chains. The paper stack which comes from the paper stack slitting machine can pass through the plastic steel chain directly or by rotating 90 or 180 degree. When the paper stack has been separated from the slitting machine to the middle of this rotating platform, the platform arises and goes down to the original place after making a certain rotation to continue conveying forward.

90ºWorking platform 90º working platform is a driving type conveying device that consists of plastic steel chain and rubber belts. When the paper stack has been separated from the slitting machine to the middle of this working platform, the rubber belt arises and delivers the paper stack with 90º angle. This device is normally placed between 2 paper stack slitting machines.
