Machine functions:
Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter and In-Line Folder Gluer is used to form boxes after the corrugated board is slotted, so that manual gluing and folding are not needed. The machine consists of a gluing unit, auto matic laminating unit and counter ejector unit. After leaving the slotting unit, the gluing unit will supply glue to the corrugated board flap, and the laminating unit folds the board and laminates it . The edge pressing roller then presses the edges and the steel roller pre-presses it, then after folding, the corrugated boards are reshaped by a shaping board (patting the fronts and back of the boards). Following this, the counter ejector sends out the pile of cardboard and counts the quantity, then binds the pile of cardboard. The gluing, laminating and counter ejector workflow can improve work efficiency and increase the benefits of manufacturers through precise shaping after folding and precise operation of the counter and ejector unit.

Designed speed is rapid, less repair, safe and easy operation.
Decrease greatly the feeding jam.
Save production time for damaged paper.
Able to feed E flute(thin), transverse corrugated sheet, curved and low-quality paper board.
Inverter to adjust suction air pressure, suitable for different paper board.
Also suitable for skip feeding
Keep the front edge of the paper board as basic position to decrease the influence from long paper board greatly.
When paper board fed to pull rollers, it has same speed as that of pull rollers. No possibility to influence the paper board hand-over just due to speed difference.
Back support stand motorized adjustment.
