1. FEEDER UNIT:
Vacuum suction nozzle type feeder paper transmissiom system is albe to put paper accurately into the machine, and is easy to operate. Maximum paper towels piling height reaches 1.8meters. The cyclic paper piling rack can pile up next batch of paper towels without stop and thus enhances the operating efficiency.

2. BODY PAPER TRANSMISSON BELT:
The fully automated adhesive replenishment system can automatically detecat and peplenish those lost adhesive during the sticking course, and coordinate with the cyclic type adhesive recovery process thus to avoid the adhesive form being wadted. The adjudtable adhesive thickness reg-ulator may adjust the thickness of coating based on different repuirements of paper sheets. The special meshwork design & precision grinding processing on the adhesive-applying roller makes the adhesive coating even thinner and more evenly distribution, thus to save adhesive and prevent the coating from separation from the adhesive.

3. ADHESIVE APPLICATION AND STICKING SECTION:

4. PAPER-PUSH AND ALIGNMENT SECTION:
Accordion type paper width adjusting unit allows easy adjustment. Upper and lower paper push claws push the upper paper and body paper in a synchronous manner into the sticking section; side board alignment mechanism maintains a standard degree of sticking precision for the pushed paper in a well structuresd way. The phasing adjustment system which is easy to adjust can adjust the dimensions accurately fashion, cut down the loss caused by errors, and could also be used for operations when the machine is running.

5. TRANSMISSION SYSTEM:
Adopts HTD locking band as a main transmission part,which overcomes those disadvantages borne by old-fashiond gear wheels and chains such as improper sticking or alignment between upper and lower paper sheets due to over abrasion after years of service,and thus makes the transmission course a more stable and less noisy one. It guarantees quick and accurate sticking of paper products.

6. TRANSMISSION SECTION:
Imported high quality pressurized transmission belt is durable and wear-resistant with a high degree of stability, and is also easy to maintenance. It utilizes a transmission ratio regulator to adjust the speed of transmission, and has a wider scope of speeds for regulation, and thus meets the demands of various kinds of paper sheets. It is also easier to operate.
