印刷开槽(模切)机

YKMZ系列自动水性印刷开槽(模切)机
功能配置:
一、电脑控制操作部:
1、记忆归零:机器在工作过程中,如需打开机器进行擦版或少量换版时等,在机器合上后可自动恢复原来位置。
2、可控式网纹辊升降:当某一组临时不需要印刷时,可控制成该组网纹辊不需下降、从而不需清洗墨辊。
3、自动齐纸功能:可自由设定齐纸时间,齐纸间隔时间,使操作更具灵活性,适合个人的操作习惯。
4、位置归零:整机可进行印版位置归零,使印版位置可一次到位,一般情况下试印两张即可正确到位。
二、送纸部(一组)(可选配前缘送纸) :
1、机台离合
1)电动控制机台离合附警铃,行进间持续响铃警示,确保作业人员安全。
2)每座机台之间,装置有急停开关,可由内部控制停止机台移动,确保内部作业人员的安全。
3)气动式联锁装置。
4)、整机总锁地。
2、吸尘系统
1)、装有吸屑除尘机,可大量消除纸板印刷面上的杂质,提高印刷品质。
3、送纸辊
1)上送纸辊外径为Φ142.68mm。
2)无缝管,包裹耐磨橡胶,并做动平衡校正。
3)下送纸辊Φ152.52mm压花镀硬铬。
4)送纸辊间隙刻度蜗轮调整,调整范围0-12mm。
4、第二组上、下送纸辊
1)无缝管,包裹耐磨橡胶,并做动平衡校正。
2)下辊外径Φ152.52mm压花铬硬铬。
3)送纸辊间隙刻度手动调整,调整范围0-12mm。
5、自动送纸操作控制
1)进纸左右挡板,后挡纸箱电动调整,并有齐纸功能。
2)后踢式吸风辅助送纸系统,可根据纸板弯曲程度不同,做风量调整。
三、印刷部(一色一组):
1、印刷辊
1)外径为Φ320.17mm(含版外径为Φ334.57mm)。
2)表面研磨,镀硬铬。
3)动、静平衡校正,运转平稳。
4)棘轮固定式卷版轴。
5)采用挂版机构安装方便、快捷,适用10mm挂版条。
6)装卸印刷版,脚踏开关电动控制正反转。
2、印刷压印辊
1)外径为Φ152.52mm。
2)钢管表面研磨,镀硬铬。
3)平衡校正,运转平稳。
4)印刷压辊间隙刻度手动调整,调整范围0-12mm。
3、金属网纹辊(可选配陶瓷网纹辊)
1)外径为Φ196.8mm。
2)钢管表面经特殊加工处理后雕刻网纹。
3)网点一致,上墨均匀、经久、耐用。
4)可延长印版和橡胶辊使用寿命,刻纹经特殊加工工艺。
4、橡胶辊
1)外径为Φ182mm。
2)钢管表面包耐腐橡胶。
3)橡胶辊中高特殊研磨,传墨效果好。
5、相位调整机构
1)行星齿轮构造。
2)数字显示式相位指示,使操作更方便、直观、准确。
2)印刷相位采用PLC触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整(运转、停止均可调整)。调相精度可达0.15 mm。
3)印刷版辊采用变频器调整相位,动、静态下任意位置调整,微调精度可达0.10 mm,机组移开后如发现位置错位可随时进行复位归零,精度可达0.5 mm。
6、油墨循环动
1)气压式隔膜泵,供墨稳定,操作保养简单。
2)油墨滤网,过滤杂质。
7、印刷相位固定装置
1)电磁制动式刹车机构。
8、轴向调整机构
1)电动式轴向调整机构。
2)数字显示式位置指示,使操作更方便、直观、准确。
四、开槽部(一组):
1、压线轮
1)轴径为Φ146 mm,经两次研磨加工,表面镀硬铬,移动平稳。
2)压线轮间隙刻度手动调整,调整范围0-12mm。
3)压线上轮采用优质进口聚胺脂
2、开槽刀座横移调整机构
1)轴径为Φ154 mm, 经两次研磨加工,表面镀硬铬,移动平稳。
2)开槽刀宽度7mm。
3)合金工具钢材质经热处理,研磨齿形开槽刀,硬度和韧性俱佳。
4)合金钢材质经热处理,研磨修边刀,刀口锋利,精密度高。
5)压线轮、导纸轮、开槽刀座横移位置,采用电动按钮同步控制。
3、开槽相位调整机构
1)行星式齿轮构造。
2)开槽前、后刀相位采用触摸屏和电动按钮双重控制及电动数字式360度调整(停止、动态均可调整)。
3)开槽刀横向移动采用电动调整(停止、动态均可调整)。
五、模切部(一组)
1.操作功能
1)模版辊与优力胶辊在不模状况下通过气缸偏心装置自动脱开可减轻机器空载负荷同时延长优力胶和刀模的寿命。
2)行星式结构相位调整,360度运转,停止,正反均可操作,调相精度可达0.10 mm方便上版,对版操作。
3)数字显示式相位指示,使操作理会方便、直观、准确。
4)机械式传动优力胶辊左右移动±30毫米,并配有径向差动装置,可使胶辊磨损平均分布可极大的提高胶辊使用寿命。
5)机器配有优力胶修正装置,可对胶辊反复多次进行修正后使用。
6)配有皮带传送清废装置。
2.模版辊
1)模版辊Φ290mm(不含刀模)。
2)合金结构钢无缝钢管加工研磨,镀硬铬。
3)模版固定螺孔间距,轴向100 mm;径向18 mm等分。
4)适用刀模高度23.8 mm。
5)刀模木板厚度:16 mm(三层纸板用)。13 mm(五层纸板用)
3.胶垫辊:  
1)胶垫辊Φ350mm(不含优力胶垫)
2)合金结构钢无缝钢管加工研磨,镀硬铬。
3)优力胶垫厚度10 mm. (外径370 mm)宽度250 mm,正常情况下可用800万次。
六、堆叠部(一组)
1、接纸臂
1)有手动式和自动式操作。
2)接纸臂传动皮带,单独调整松紧度,并可随意选用接纸臂数量。
2、床台升降
1)强力链条带动。
2)堆叠高度为1600 mm。
3)床台升降传动马达附刹车功能,床台得以保持固定位置,不会下滑。
3、接纸挡板
1)气压动作接纸托板,在纸板堆积到预定高度时, 接纸托板自动伸出,托住纸板。
2)后挡板位置手动调整。
3)平面皱纹皮带,防止纸板下滑。
七、传动齿轮
1、主传动齿轮
1)采用20CrMnTi合金钢,渗碳淬火处理,研磨齿轮。
2)六级精度(与汽车传动箱齿轮同级)运转顺畅、噪音小,硬度HRC58-62,寿命长,10年以内基本不会磨损,可以达到长期印刷套准。
2、键连接环
1)采用免键连接环,可使轴与齿轮连接,在大扭距使用时不会有间隙,安装及维修更方便,可使机器长期传动精度高,保证印刷套准。

YKMZ Series Automatic Flexo Printing & Slotting/Die-cutting Machine
Configuration introduction
一.Computerized unit
1. Memory Zero returning: When closed, The machine can return to the original position automatically after plate-brushing or small-range plate-changing during the operation.
2. reticulate roll with controlled lifting and lowering: Control the reticulate roll not to down when a certain group is not needed printing temporarily, so as not to clean the ink rollers.
3. Automatic paper-aligning: flexible setting for aligning time and interval time , features smooth operation and is suitable for personal operation custom.
4. Position zero returning: Plate position zero returning provides accurate plate equipment at one time, only after two trial printings generally.
二. Feeding( 1 set)( lead edge feeding is optional)
1、 Machine open and close
1)Machine open and close are motorized, moving with continuous alarm, so as to ensure the safety of the operator.
2)Equipped urgent stopping switch between every unit, achieving interior control to stop movement, so as to ensure the safety of inner operator
3)Pneumatic inter-lock device.
4) The whole machine is chiefly locked.
2、Sheet cleaner
1)Sheet cleaner can substantively remove contaminations on the board printings, ensuring high printing quality.
3、Feeding roller
1)upper feeding roller:Φ142.68mm。upper feeding roller
2)Non-sew roll,which is warped with wearable rubber, with dynamitic balance adjustment .
3)lower feeding roller:Φ152.52mm, embossed and chrome plated
4)The clearance between feeding rollers is worn wheel adjusted, with an adjustment range of 0-12mm
4、Upper and lower feeding roller of the second group
1)Non-sew roller, with dynamitic balance adjustment, is warped with wearable rubble.

3)the clearance between feeding roller is manually adjusted, with an adjustment range of 0-12mm。
5、automatic feeding
1)The right and left baffles and rear baffle are all motorized, with an aligning function.

三、Printing unit(1 color,1 set):
1、Printing roller
1)exterior diameter:Φ320.17mm(exterior diameter with plate:Φ334.57mm)。

3、Steel reticulate roll (ceramic anilox is optional)

2)The surface of steel roll is specially processed and engraved
3)Consistent net point, even ink layer , lasting and durability.
4)specially processed lines ensure to prolong the life of plate and rubber rolls
4、Rubber roll
1)exterior diameter:Φ182mm。
2)Steel roll is of wearable rubber wrapped.
3)Rubber roll , fine ground with crown , ensuring perfect ink transfer.
5、Phase adjustment
1)Adopts planet gear design
2)Phase indication digital display, make the operation convenient, visual and precise.
2)The printing register adjusted by PLC, touch screen and 360o motorized adjustment(both when running and stop);with a precision up to 0.15 mm
3)Uses transducer to adjust the phase of plate roll, adjustment at will under dynamic or static state, micro precision up to 0.10mm. reset zero timely when there is a misplace after moving the machine unit, the precision can be up to 0.5mm.
6、Ink circulation
1)Pneumatic diaphragm pump provides the circular ink-feeding,featuring stable ink supply ,easy operation and convenient maintains

四、Slotting unit(1 set):
1、Scoring wheel
1)axis diameter ;Φ146 mm,  surface ground for tow times, and chrome plated, ensuring smooth operation.
2)0-12mm。manual scoring depth adjustment, with a range of 0-12mm
3)scoring wheel adopts superior imported polyaniline.
2、The slotting head transverse adjustment
1)axis diameterΦ154 mm, surface ground for tow times, and chrome plated, ensuring smooth operation.
2)slotting blade width:7mm。
3)Alloy toll steel via heat treatment, the rubbing and saw-tooth blade features superior hardness and tenacity.
4)Alloy steel via heat treatment, grinding blade ,enable to keep sharp edge and high precision.
5)Creasing roll, guiding roll and slotting boss transverse movement motor button synchronously  controls
3、Slotting phase adjustment system
1)Planet gear mechanism
2)The front and rear slotting registers adjusted by touch screen, motor button double control and 360o degrees  motorized digital adjustment(either when running or stop).
3)The slotting head is transverse adjusted motorized. (either when running or stop)
五、Die-cutting unit( 1 set)
1. Operation function
1)Under different cases, via partiality device of the cylinder stencil roll and anvil roll can automatically jump off to reduce the hollow load for the machine and prolong the life of anvil roll and cutter.
2) Uses planet gear design to adjust phase within 360 degree, operating under stop, running, front or back, with a precision up to 0.10mm, facilitating  plate equipment and plate correction.
3)register indication digital display, make the operation convenient, visual and precise.
4) Mechanical transmission anvil roll can move right or left , with a movement of 30mm. radial differential device can greatly prolong the life of rubber roll through even distribution of abrasion.
5)Anvil roll amendment device can amend the rubber roll time after time .
6) Equipped with waste-removing device on the transmission belt.
2.Mold roll
1) mold roll diameter:Φ290mm(without die-cutting)。
2) Alloy , non-sew steel , surface ground and chrome plated.
3) stencil fixed screw space:axis100 mm; radial 18 mm part。
4) available die-cutting height 23.8 mm。
5)board thickness:16 mm(single wall);13 mm(double wall)。
3.The rubber mat roll:  
1) The rubber mat rollΦ350mm(not including anvil rubber)
2)Alloy , non-sew steel , surface ground and chrome plated.
3) anvil rubber thickness:10 mm. (exterior diameter370 mm)width:250 mm, can be used for 80,000,000 times, generally.
六、Piker(one group)
1、Connection arm
1.) Connection arm can be operated manually or automatically.
2) The transfer belt at the connection arm can be adjusted degree of tightness individually and can choose the number of the arms  at will.
2、Bed elevation
1)driven by strong chain
2)stack height up to 1600 mm。
3)The transport bed motor with brake control to keep stable position and anti-slipping
3、Carrier plate
1)The carrier plate is pneumatic driven. The carrier plate will pop-up automatic and hold the coming board when the pre-set height arrives.
2)The back-stopper width is manual adjusted.
3)The flat wrinkle belts avoid the sliding down of board.
七、Transmission gear
1、Main driven gear
1)The gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, cementite induction hardened with surface ground.
2)The sixth grade precision ( the same grade to car transmission gear), with a hardness of HRC58-62, features smooth operation ,low noise , long serve life, anti-abrasion with ten years, ensuring accurate overprint long lasting.
2、Key connection
1)Using CAPT-LOCKS union link to connect shafts and gears without space when there is a big tensional distance, providing more convenient installment and maintain, higher precision long lasting , and ensuring accurate overprint
