三层瓦楞纸板生产线
瓦楞纸板生产线一般由下列设备构成：原纸架、热缸机、接纸机、单面瓦楞机、天桥架、多重预热器、上浆机、双面机、分纸压线机、横切机、堆码机、锅炉等设备组合而成。由原纸架输入卷形原纸，经过热缸机加热及调节湿度，进入单面瓦楞机，经过瓦楞机的滚轧成形，与另一面纸粘合成单面瓦楞纸，由天桥架传送，经多重预热器再次加热，经上浆机粘糊再至双面机加热贴合，此时连续的瓦楞纸板即已成形。再经分纸压线机做纵向的分割及折痕压线及切断机横纵向的精确切断，此时一块块四方形的瓦楞纸板即已生产完成，最后由堆码机做堆叠整理及张数计算，一条完整生产线的成品即由此堆码机输出。我司可根据客户的需要，为其量身定做各种配置的生产线。
Corrugated board production line generally includes the following parts: Mill Roll Stand, Pre-heater, Auto Splicer, Single facer, Overhead bridge conveyor, Multiple heater for liner, Gluer, Double facer, Slitter scorer, Cutter, Down stacker, Boiler and etc. The web paper is inputted by Mill Roll Stand, and after heated and regulating the moisture by the pre-heater, the paper is put into the Single Facer for shaping and then conglutinating with another top paper to form a single corrugated board. The single corrugated board is then transmitted by the overhead bridge conveyor to multiple heater to be reheated, after this the paper is to double facer for being heated and jointed, herein a continuous corrugated board is formed. Being longitudinal slitted and pressed by Slitter scorer and accurate transverse and longitudinal cut by Cutter, pieces of square corrugated boards are finished, which are piled up and counted by the Down stacker. The finished products of a complete corrugated board production line are finally put out by down stacker. We can provide all kinds of configurations for the production line as per the specific requirements of the customers.
三层瓦楞纸板，主要用作内包装材料，也可以用于小而轻的产品的外包装。三层瓦楞纸板生产线除可生产A,B,C,E四种楞型外，还可以根据客户的具体要求生产瓦楞纸板。有蒸气加热系统和油加热系统两种加热方式供厂家选择（当生产速度高于100m/min时，机油加热就不再适用）三层瓦楞纸板生产线基本组成有：单面瓦楞机（1），原纸架（2），预热器（当速度低于120m/min时可选用），输送过桥（1），上胶机（1），粘和烘干机（1），分纸压线机（有薄形刀刃和碗型刀刃可供选择），横切机（1），堆码机（1）。速度可为80m/min,100 m/min,120 m/min,150 m/min,180 m/min,以满足客户的不同要求。
Single-wall Corrugated Board Production Line
This finished product, single wall corrugated board, is mainly introduced as inner packing material. It can be also used as outer packing material for light or small-sized commodities. Four flutes A, B, C and E as well as special customer-tailored flutes are provided. Steam heating system and oil heating system are optional (but oil heating is not suitable for line with speed above 100m/min). The standard three ply line is made up of single facer (1), mill roll stand (2), preheater (optional in case of speed below 120m/min), conveying bridge (1), glue machine (1), double facer (1), slitter scorer (1) (thin-blade or flaring slitting tool is optional), cut-off (1), stacker (1). Speed of 80m/min, 100m/min, 120 m/min, 150m/min or 180 m/min is offered to meet customer’s requirement. |
