HM-600B 半自动精装书生产线（飞达上纸）
HM-600B 半自动硬书壳系列，本系列主要用于硬书壳，文件夹，书形盒等的制造。有自动温度调控，24小时定时器。生产线吸风装置避免粉纸变弯。 起泡采用飞达吸纸送料，输送纸张平稳快捷等功能。使用热熔胶（动物胶）卫生环保，循环使用节约成本，快慢可调。此系列由一台自动飞达上纸上糊机，一台封面机，与两台单边包边机组成。

HM-600B Semi-automatic Bookcase Making Production Line (Coversheets Pile feed by pipe-suckers)
一、HM-600B is mainly used for producing perfect binding bookcase, board folder, cover of the gift box, CD case and other perfect packaging box cover.
二、The machine is mainly set by:
1. pipe-suckers to draw the coversheets.
2. gluer to apply glue onto the coversheets.
3. conveying belt with air pump to ensure the glued coversheets uncurled and fixed.
4. flaps bending devices to bend the glued coversheets flaps and straighten the bookcases.
5. temperature controller to keep the glue at a certain temperature in the container .
6. transducer to adjust the production of the machine.
