AFG系列全自动折叠粘箱机
自动水性印刷开槽折叠粘箱机用于开槽后的瓦楞纸板的纸箱成型,无需手工折叠粘箱。该机器由上胶单元,裱纸单元及计数排出单元组成。纸板开槽后,上胶单元自动供胶涂胶,经由裱纸单元折叠并裱合。随后通过压边辊压紧裱合后的纸板的四边,再由钢辊预压。折叠后的纸板经由模板(正反面均已绘制成型)再次成型。接着计数输出单元将成堆的纸板输出,计算数量,并打包。上胶、裱纸及计数输出这一工作流程可完成折叠后纸板的精确成型及准确计算输出,从而提高了工作效率和厂家的利润。

自动推板送纸部:
1.送纸部主电机采PLC控制,引进友好的人机界面和LCD屏幕显示,操作简单。
2.前挡板,侧规,后挡板均采用电力控制,吹风系统吹风准确,必要时,还能增大空气量。
3.另配置有吸纸除灰清洁设备。
4.采用双吸纸辊结构。
印刷部
纸张运转或停止运转时,印刷部的印刷滚筒都可360度旋转。
电力控制印刷滚筒轴向调整,调整距离可达12.5mm
印刷单元自动归零,停机时自动复位
选用台湾生产的陶瓷网纹辊,网线数在200-350线之间。该部分采用气动下压式触板。
供墨系统特别使用墨腔刮刀和陶瓷辊
开槽部
电控360度旋转,深度标尺可直接显示开槽刀的调整数据。
采用上下同步压线单元,每的单元各设5个压线轴。使用独特的距离显示和安全的距离控制设备
采用指令器自动设置开槽位置
上糊筒部
上涂胶部电动控制,人工输入。
涂胶辊与主机同速,主机停机时,涂胶辊自动运转,避免胶辊上的胶液干化。
折叠部
电动控制折叠杠移动
前后折叠轴安装在折叠杠顶部以节省空间。
折叠杠可根据不同瓦楞纸箱进行调整
压力辊使用弹性皮带确保纸箱的硬度
同步下皮带确保瓦楞纸板输送顺畅。采用纸箱导规和侧辊
自动堆码部
吹风机将纸板吹下,由前模板将纸板的正反面压平压齐
堆码左右调整电动控制,确保瓦楞纸箱在堆码中心堆积
电动控制停止板前后移动
计数输出部
可一次计数输出10-40个纸箱
采用板式提升滚,可方便地将瓦楞纸箱插入
电动调整压纸框的高度。

AFG Series Automatic Folder Gluer Machine
Automatic Flexo  Printer Slotter and In-Line Folder Gluer is used to form boxes after the corrugated board is slotted, so that manual gluing and folding are not needed. The machine consists of a gluing unit, auto mastic laminating unit and counter ejector unit. After leaving the slotting unit, the gluing unit will supply glue to the corrugated board flap, and the laminating unit folds the board and laminates it . The edge pressing roller then presses the edges and the steel roller pre-presses it, then after folding, the corrugated boards are reshaped by a shaping board (patting the fronts and back of the boards). Following this, the counter ejector sends out the pile of cardboard and counts the quantity, then binds the pile of cardboard. The gluing, laminating and counter ejector workflow can improve work efficiency and increase the benefits of manufacturers through precise shaping after folding and precise operation of the counter and ejector unit.

Automatic kicking feeder
1.PLC control of the main motors in the paper feeder, user-friendly interface and LCD display screen makes operation easy.
2.Front paper block, side positioners and rear block are all electronically controlled. Blower system features extra blower to add air volume if needed.
3.Additional sheet-in brush dust cleaner.
4.Double sheet-in roller structure.
Printing unit:
1.Printing Rollers of Printing unit can be rotated a full 360°when paper is in motion or stopped.
2.Printing Rollers can be electrically adjusted up axially to 12.5mm.
3.Printing unit has an automatic zeroing feature so that it resets automatically when not in operation.
4.Ceramic Anllox roller is produced in TaiWan and can be ordered from 200 to 350 Lines. This unit features a pneumatic down-pressure touch-board.
5.Chambered doctoring knife and ceramic rollers can be specified for the ink supply system.
Slotting unit:
1.Can be electronically rotated up to 360°,and features a depth gauge which directly displays the adjustment of the cutting knives.
2.Upper and lower synchro-running creasing unit and shaft, five sets for each group. Special distance displays and safety distance control device for slotting system.
3.Automatic setting of slotting knives with order register.
Upper gluing unit:
1.Motorized upper gluing unit and human-interface input controls.
2.Gluing roller works at the same speed as the main machine.When the machine stops,the gluing roller runs by itself so that the glue on the roller will not dry
Folding unit:
1.Motorized movement of folding beam, controlled by interface.
2.Front and back transmission shafts are located on top of folding beam to save space.
3.Adjustable folding pole to adjust to different corrugated boards.
4.Springy upper belt pressure roller avoids loss of hardness in corrugated cartons.
5.Lower synchrony-belt allows corrugated boards to go in smoothly. Corrugated carton guiding square and side roller.
Auto Stacker:
1.Air blower blows the boards down, while front patting boards make the front and back flat and neat.
2.Motorized adjustment of left and right side of stacker so that corrugated cartons are piled in the middle.
3.Motorized movement of front and back stop board.
Counter Ejector
4.Piles of 10-40 cartons can be set and sent out.
5.Board lift roller device for easy insertion of corrugated cartons at a later time.
6.Motorized adjustment of the height of sheet pressing frame.
