KYS水性印刷开槽模切堆叠机
整机功能:
1.整台机器是按照高要求、可靠性功能及安全性而设计制造。快速换单、操作方便。
2.选用优质材料及配件。
3.传动齿轮加硬,研磨而成,洛氏硬度>60度。
4.自动归零,自动复位。
5.印刷过程中采用真空传送
6.应用免键连接环,减少中心磨损,虚位放大,保持长期印刷套准。
7.所有滚轴镀铬,增强硬度。
8.采用进口PLC、触摸屏多功能控制。
9.可储存常用订单,加快换单操作。
配置说明:
1. 后踢送纸系统:
1).电动控制机台离合,附警铃,行进时持续响铃警示,确保操作人员安全。
2).传动轴附摩擦式离合器,避免误动作而损坏机器。
3).气压式联锁装置。
4).主机马达启动保护装置。(机台未固锁时,主机无法启动运转)
5).后踢式送纸系统,吸风辅助送纸,可根据纸板弯曲程度不同,做风量调整, 确保供纸顺畅。
6).工程塑料送纸导轨,与纸板摩擦力少,纸板输送顺畅。
7).铝合金材质踢纸板,质轻耐磨。
8).侧挡板手动调整,后挡板手动调整,前挡板间隙手动同步调整,刻度盘显示调整数据。
9).隔张送纸装置。(可根据需要选择连续或隔张送纸)
10).供纸计数器,设定、显示生产数量。
11).装有吸屑除尘机,双毛擦吸风口,可大量清除纸板印刷面上的杂质,提高印刷品质。
12).送纸辊间隙手动调整,刻度盘显示调整数据。
2.印刷部功能
1).印刷辊采用优质材料,表面研磨,镀硬铬。
2).平衡校正,运转平稳。
3).快速换版装置。
4).装卸印刷板,脚踏开关电动控制正反转。
5).印刷压印辊表面研磨,镀硬铬,间隙手动调整,刻度盘显示。
6).配合送纸系统气压式自动升降装置(送纸时网纹辊下降与印版接触,停止送纸时网纹辊上升与印版分离)。
7).相位调整机构,行星式齿轮构造。
8).印刷相位采用PLC、触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整(运转、停止均可调整);可储存大量订单。
9).印刷相位固定装置,电磁离合器制动式刹车机构。当机台分离或调整相位时,刹车机构          限制机台转动,保持原有齿轮位置固定点。
10).清洗印版后自动复位系统。
11).电动调整横向位置,调整距离共20mm。
12).钢质网纹辊:钢管表面研磨, 压制网纹, 镀硬铬.(选择配置:陶瓷网纹辊:钢管表面覆盖陶瓷研磨,激光雕刻网纹,传墨均匀,寿命长。)
13).橡胶辊: 钢管表面包裹耐磨橡胶。橡胶辊中高特殊研磨,传墨效果好。
14).印版滚和压力滚之间隙调整为手动调整。
15).供墨装置:供墨泵为气动隔膜泵,缺墨自动报警装置。
3.开槽部功能
1).预压轮,经预压线后的纸板不易压破。
2).预压轮间隙采用手动调整,刻度盘显示调整数据。
3).上压线轮包裹优力胶,不会损坏纸板。
4).压线轮间隙采用手动调整,刻度盘显示调整数据。
5).开槽刀座横移调整机构。
6).开槽刀采用优质的合金钢材质,经热处理研磨齿形开槽刀,双片式修边,刀口锋利,精密度高。
7).压线轮、开槽刀座横移采用PLC、触摸屏控制;可储存订单。
8).开槽刀座间隙手动调整,刻度盘显示调整数据。
9).开槽相位调整机构,行星式齿轮构造。
10).开槽前刀、后刀相位采用PLC、触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整(运转、停止均可调整)。
4.模切部功能
1).胶垫辊采用优质材料,表面研磨,镀硬铬。
2).平衡校正,增加运转稳定性。
3).手动式调整与刀模间隙。
4).胶垫辊机械凸轮式横向40mm游动装置。
5).相位调整装置,行星齿轮式构造。
6).模切相位采用PLC、触摸屏控制及电动数字式360度调整(运转、停止均可调整);可储存订单。
7).手动调整横向装置,调整距离共20mm。
8).配备速差补偿装置。
5.堆叠部功能
1).接纸臂可手动或自动操作。
2).接纸臂皮带,单独调整松紧度,不受皮带等长之限制。
3).床台升降强力链条带动。
4).堆叠高度为1600mm。
5).床台随纸板堆高自动调整倾斜高度,升降马达,附刹车功能,床台得以保持固定位置,不会下滑。
6).气压动作接纸托板,在纸板堆叠到预定高度时,接纸托板自动伸出,托住纸板。
7).平面皱纹皮带,防止纸板下滑。

KYS Computerize Flexo Printing Slotting Die Cutting Machine
Feature of the main machine
1. Adopt high quality material and element.
2. All driving gears are surface ground and hardened , hardness>60º.
3. Automatic zero returning and automatic reset.
4. Vacuum transmission during the printing process.
5. Mechanical expanding connection (easy assembled and disassembled) takes place of key connection, eliminate abrasion of the center part on the drivers and keep the accurate register.
6. All the rollers are chrome-plated and hardened.
7. Import PLC control system with multifunction touch screen control.
8. Be able to store common orders, which help to change order faster.
9. The full machine is manufactured to high standard, reasonable and safety constitution. Easy operation and quick order change.
Configuration instructions
1.Kicker Feeding Unit
1)  The feeding unit open and lock up with printing unit motorized. The unit moves with alarm which to ensure the safety of operators.
2)  The driving shaft is attached with friction clutch, which avoids damage from miss operation.
3)  Pneumatically interlock device.
4)  The protection device is equipped with the main motor.(The main motor not be able to start when each unit is not locked).
5)  Kicker feeding with adjustable suction system, to be sure feeding smoothly.
6)  Plastic feeding track delivery smoothly with lower friction.
7)  Aluminum alloy kicking board, lightly and wearable.
8)  The clearance of side guides and back stop adjust manually; the front gate adjusted manually, the adjusting data displays on the dial.
9)  Skip feeding and continuous feeding are both available.
10) The feeding counter can set and show the number of the passed carton sheets.
11) The clean device with double brushes and vacuum absorption system will clear the impurity on the carton sheet so to promote the quality of printing.
12) The clearance between feeding rollers adjusts manually, adjusting data displays on the dial.
2.Printing Unit
1)  The printing roller is made of high quality material, with appearance grinded and chrome-plated, balance adjusted and running stable.
2)  Fast printing plate-changing device.
3)  The step-switches in each printing unit control the printing roller turning forward or backward, easy to assemble and disassemble.
4)  The press roller is grinded and chrome-plated; clearance adjusts manually. The adjusting data displays on the dial.
5)  Pneumatic diaphragm pumps feeding stability. Ink screen filter impurity. Alarm warns when abnormal ink supporting.
6)  Planetary gear set can adjust the phase of printing plate automatically and accurately.
7)  The printing register adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o micro adjustment(both when running and stop); Be able to store common orders.
8)  The printing phase fixing device: using the electromagnetism clutch arrester, when one unit is apart or adjusting the phase, the arrester can keep the rollers from turning and     keep the gears at present position.
9)  Automatic zero positioning after clearing the printing plate.
10) The transverse position adjusted motorized, the adjusting scope is 20mm.
11) Steel anilox roller: The surface is grinded, embossed and chromium plated.(Option: Ceramic anilox: The steel roll wrapped with porcelain, and laser carved. Takes the advantages of high quality inking and long life.
12) Rubber roller: The steel roller wrapped with wearable rubber. It takes the advantages of high quality of ink-transferring; Balance emended and running smoothly.
13) Pneumatic two-way diaphragm pump provides the circular ink-feeding.
3.Slotting Unit
1) Pre-press roller: The carton sheet is much easier to creasing and slotting after pre-pressed.
2) The clearance between pre-press rollers adjusted manually, the adjusting data displays on the dial.
3) The up pressing roller wrapped with Roylar so to avoid damage the carton sheet.
4) The clearance between pressing rollers adjusted manually and the adjusting data displays on the dial.
5) The slotting head and creasing head are transverse adjusted motorized.
6) The slotting blades are made of high quality of alloy steel, heat treatment, dentation blade, double blade slotting, and sharp edge, high accuracy.
7) The slotting phase adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o degrees micro adjustment(either when running or stop).
8) The clearance between the slotting heads is adjusted manually, the adjusting data displays on the dial.
9) The register adjustment system adopts planet gear construction.
10) The slotting register adjusted by PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o degrees micro adjustment(either when running or stop).
4.Die Cutting Unit
1). The rubber mat roll is made of high quality material, with the appearance rubbing treated and chrome-plated.
2). The rubber mat roll is balance emended, running more stable.
3). The clearance between the rubber mat roll and die cutting roll adjusts manually.
4). Mechanical cam transverse adjustment of rubber mat roll within the scope of 40mm.
5). The phase adjustment system adopts planet gear construction.
6). The die cutting phase adjusts through PLC, multifunction touch screen and 360o degrees micro adjustment(either when running or stop).
7). Manual transverse adjustment of die cutting roll, the adjusting scope is 20mm.
8). Equips speed compensation device, and adopts import equivalizer (synchronizer).
5.Stacking Unit
1) Connection arm can be operated manually or automatically.
2) Tension of the transfer belt at the connection arm can be adjusted individually, no equal length restriction.
3) Strong chain and motor with brake control the transport bed.
4)Pileup to 1600mm height.
5) The transport bed automatically adjust its position according to the board stacking height, and lift-low motor with brake ensures the bed can fix on any position and not let it down.
6) The carrier plate is pneumatic driven. The carrier plate will pop-up and hold the coming carton sheet when the pre-set height arrives.
7) The flat wrinkle belts avoid the sliding down of carton sheet.
